1. Regularly draft work plans and personnel arrangements for the sales department, and be responsible for the implementation of these plans and arrangements.

2. Guide, inspect, control, and supervise sales processes to ensure that sales operations proceed smoothly according to plans and procedures.

3. Onboarding training and daily business training for sales business.

4. The organization, mobilization, inspection, and coordination of sales sites and various sales activity sites, as well as the adjustment and scheduling of the sales site environment and atmosphere.

5. Assessment of sales business and daily personnel management, construction of sales team and submission of personnel usage and management suggestions.

6. Regularly submit business analysis reports (customer analysis, sales strategy effectiveness and suggestions, etc.) to the supervisor, and organize sales business to conduct market research.

7. Responsible for monitoring and preparing sales materials.

8. Complete temporary tasks assigned by superiors.

9. Has direct assessment authority over the sales business of the project department, requires fair, open, and impartial assessment work, provides a fair competitive environment and conditions for salespeople, and prohibits unreasonable competition.
